Privacy policy

Ageospatial Inc., a Delaware corporation (USA) (“Ageospatial”, “we”), operates ageospatial.com (the “Site”) and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Ageospatial Sàrl, EPFL Innovation Park, 1015 Lausanne, Switzerland, is our wholly owned subsidiary. Contact: contact@ageospatial.com.

This policy covers the Site only. Data that our customers process in our services is governed by the agreement signed with each customer. It is provided in English, French and German; the English version is authoritative.

1. DATA we collect

  • Contact form: your email address and your message.
  • Newsletter: your email address, the page you signed up from and any campaign parameters in the link you used.
  • Technical data our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the Site: IP address, browser type and pages requested.

2. PURPOSES

  • To answer your message.
  • To send you the newsletter you requested.
  • To operate and secure the Site.

3. RECIPIENTS and countries

We share personal data only with the following recipients, in the United States and Switzerland, and with authorities where the law requires it:

  • Proton AG, Switzerland: email.
  • Ageospatial Sàrl, Switzerland: our subsidiary; handling of your message.
  • Cloudflare, Inc., USA: hosting, storage and security.
  • Beehiiv, Inc., USA: newsletter delivery.

4. COOKIES, storage and tracking

The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. It stores two preferences in your browser, sound on or off and the language of these legal pages, which you can delete in your browser settings.

We do not track visitors across other websites, and no third party collects information about your online activity over time on the Site. Because no such tracking takes place, the Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. YOUR rights

You can ask for access to your personal data and for its correction or deletion, and object to a processing, by writing to contact@ageospatial.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in each email.

6. CHANGES

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date, which is how we notify you of material changes.
